POS Express questions
Does POS Express work offline?
POS Express is a cloud, browser-based system and needs an internet connection. Offline operation is not part of the current published specification. If offline billing matters to you, FastCounterPOS for Android may suit your counter better.
What does the setup fee cover?
A one-time ৳5,000 setup fee applies to all plans and covers installation, configuration and staff training.
Can I import my existing products?
Import depends on the available data format and scope. We review a sample from your spreadsheet before confirming the work and any cost. It is not automatically included in the setup fee.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Partial months and yearly plans are not refunded. The full terms are on the policy pages.
Who owns my data?
All business data you enter remains yours. POS Express does not share or sell customer data.
