License Usage
Each license is valid for one business location unless otherwise specified. Multi-branch licenses are available in the Enterprise plan.
Payment Policy
- Monthly plans must be paid in advance.
- Annual payments receive up to 15% discount and must be paid in full.
- The one-time setup fee BDT ৳5,000 is due at the time of activation.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months or annual plans.
Data Ownership
All business data entered into the system remains the sole property of the customer. POS Express does not share or sell client data.
Software Updates
Regular updates, bug fixes, and new features are provided automatically to all active users.
Support Availability
Technical support is available Sunday–Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM. 24/7 priority support is included for Enterprise clients.
Account Suspension
If payment is not received within 7 days of due date, service access may be temporarily suspended.
Customization
Custom module requests or integrations are charged separately based on project scope.

By accessing or using POS Express, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms govern your access, usage, and purchase of POS Express software and services provided by SegasoftBD.

- Users must provide correct business information during registration and software activation.
- POS Express may not be used for any illegal or fraudulent business activities.
- Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or duplication of the software license is strictly prohibited.
- SegasoftBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any violation is detected.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
We value customer satisfaction and believe in transparent service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund terms carefully.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests can be made within 7 days of initial purchase.
- Refunds are only available if the software fails to perform as described.
- Any customization, installation, or training charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
For refund requests, please email: info@segasoftbd.com. Include your purchase ID, invoice number, and reason for refund.
We understand business needs may change, and you might wish to cancel your subscription.
Cancellation Terms:
- Customers can cancel subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.
- For annual plans, you can cancel anytime, but the service will remain active until your current term ends.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused months.
Your privacy and business data are extremely important to us. We ensure that all client data, including business information and sales data, is stored securely.

POS Express is licensed as software for business usage. Ownership and intellectual property remain with SegasoftBD.
License Rules:
- POS Express is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with SegasoftBD.
- Customers receive a non-transferable, limited license to use the software for their business.
- Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the system without written permission is prohibited.
Support and maintenance are provided to help businesses keep POS Express stable and updated.
Support Rules:
- Free technical support is available during the active license period.
- Paid support may apply for expired or customized installations.
- Updates and bug fixes are regularly provided for licensed users.
