Not automatically. We can provide or manage domain registration, hosting and SSL for you. Whether they are included, and who pays the provider, is stated in your proposal.
Ownership of custom work and any source-code transfer is defined in your proposal or agreement. Unless transferred in writing, SegasoftBD keeps its reusable frameworks and product source, and you receive the right to use the delivered system. Your business data remains yours.
For POS Express, the one-time setup fee covers installation, configuration and staff training. For custom projects, training is agreed in the proposal.
Support, bug fixing, updates, hosting and backups follow the package or agreement you choose. Fixes within the agreed scope are covered during the support period; new features and out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
