This policy explains how SegasoftBD collects and handles information when you use segasoftbd.com, submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates, request a quotation, or begin a POS Express order.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, enquiry details, selected product or plan, order reference, payment status and technical information such as IP address, browser, device and page interactions.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process or verify orders, activate services, provide support, prevent abuse, improve website performance and understand marketing conversions.
Payments
Payments may be completed through a third-party payment service. SegasoftBD does not intentionally store your bKash PIN or payment-account password. We may retain order references, transaction identifiers, amount, currency and verification status for operational and accounting purposes.
Analytics and marketing measurement
When configured, the website may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits, leads and checkout events. Optional analytics scripts load only after you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser local storage and can be changed at any time through the “Analytics preferences” link in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not disable essential website functions. These providers may process device, browser and interaction data according to their own policies.
Translation
When you select a translated version, visible page text may be sent to a translation provider. Form values, passwords and elements marked as non-translatable are excluded from the website translation script.
Storage and security
Website enquiries, newsletter records and order records are stored on controlled server storage. We apply HTTPS, request validation, anti-forgery protection, rate limiting, restricted server access and other technical safeguards. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
Sharing

Retention
