By using this website or ordering a SegasoftBD service, you agree to these terms. A signed quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement may add project-specific terms and will take priority where it directly conflicts with this general page.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful business information, enquiries and orders. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, submit false information, abuse public APIs, copy protected materials or use automated traffic in a harmful manner.
Quotations and scope
Project scope, features, delivery stages, client responsibilities, price, tax, payment schedule, hosting, support and change-request rules are defined in the applicable quotation or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised price and schedule.
Payments
Prices shown on the website may include setup and recurring charges as stated. The server-calculated checkout total is authoritative. A payment is considered complete only after transaction verification. Failed, cancelled, mismatched or unverifiable transactions do not activate a service.
Delivery and client responsibilities
Delivery depends on timely access, content, approvals, data and feedback from the client. Delays caused by missing client inputs may move the schedule. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legal use of supplied data, media, licences and business content.
Software licences and access
Unless ownership transfer is explicitly agreed, SegasoftBD retains rights to its reusable framework, platform, libraries, product source and underlying intellectual property. Clients receive the access or licence described in the applicable order.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, SMS, email, social platforms, APIs and other third-party services are subject to provider availability, policy and charges. SegasoftBD is not responsible for an external provider’s independent outage, account restriction or policy change.
Support and maintenance
Included support, response targets, backup responsibilities and updates are defined in the quotation or plan. New features, major redesigns, external API changes and work caused by unauthorised modification may be charged separately.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable quotation, product policy, work already completed, third-party expenses and service activation. Custom development, setup, domain, hosting, gateway and completed milestone costs may be non-refundable once incurred. Contact SegasoftBD promptly to request review.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SegasoftBD is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or damage caused by misuse, third-party failure, unauthorised access, inaccurate client data or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
